- Salinity: 1.020-1.025
- pH: 8.1-8.4
- Stable, high-quality water conditions essential

These maintain optimal conditions for this active herbivore.
Diet & Feeding
Magnificent Foxface are primarily herbivores requiring frequent feeding.
Recommended foods include:
- Primary: Marine algae sheets (nori), dried seaweed
- Fresh Foods: Fresh marine macroalgae (Gracilaria, Caulerpa, Ulva)
- Staples: Spirulina flakes, herbivore pellets, algae wafers
- Supplemental: Veggie-based frozen foods, blanched vegetables
- Occasional: Small amounts of meaty foods (mysis shrimp, spirulina-enriched brine shrimp)
Feeding Frequency: 2-3 times daily; constant grazing species

Mine came in happy and healthy. Well not happy as she was mottled in color like they do why scared, which is understandable. Acclimation was easy and so was the UPS direct pick up at their distribution center. She returned to color as she got comfortable in the tank and her colors are pretty and healthy looking. If I have to say anything negative it is just that she was smaller than I would have liked, about 3-4” instead of the 5-6” that I would have liked, but this is just because I have a 2yr tank with larger tangs.

Love this fish, it came healthy and is eating and parasite free. Very happy with the size between 5-6 inches I was actually very surprised at the size of the fish it is the biggest fish in my tank but very docile and feeds on Nori and algae all day. Love this fish. Thank you for the Full Quarantine process. Will buy again
