Due to overwhelming number of emails calls and texts, we have decided to consolidate ways of communication and hire help so we can stay ahead.
So upcoming changes will take effect starting July 1st, 2021.
There will be no text option anymore. All claims of doa and pics need to be submitted through our special email address. All changes to existing orders will need to be submitted through a special email address. All general inquiries will come through a different email address.
Anything urgent needs to be called into us at 918-964-3333
Examples of urgent calls: If fish are not doing good, or signs of disease appear. If you received an email informing you of fedex shipment being shipped on a wrong day call us to stop it from being shipped. etc.
