We do our best to provide disease free livestock, but there are too many variables like, We only treat for 4 major diseases mentioned in our qt process. Also there are diseases and viruses that may not be addressed or Customer tanks could already be infected, so We cannot guarantee our process fully. You agree that you are making the purchase at your own risk and you assume all liability of your livestock. Seller is not responsible if livestock develops any disease after sale.
All shipments are sent via UPS Priority Overnight service. Livestock is bagged in sterile and new saltwater, topped off with industrial grade Oxygen. All boxed in styrofoam coolers which includes either a heat pack or cold pack depending on the weather to maintain 68F-84F. We do not charge clients till livestock is ready to ship. You will receive an electronic invoice at the end of 3rd week of quarantine. Once paid, and at end of 4th week we ship. (Basically we charge 1 week ahead before shipping)

We offer Alive Arrival Guarantee
Guarantee applies to QT’ed and Conditioned livestock.
It does not apply on conditioned livestock or promotional items. Does not apply towards DOA replacements or cannot be credited towards purchasing livestock.
How To Claim DOA
In case of a DOA please email me a pic of the fish out of water with white background within 2 hrs of the delivery. In case of shipping mishap I will cover the fish for 7 days after delivery to customer or if returned to me i will observe/condition fish for 2 more weeks before shipping back out.
Doa Claim Terms & Policies
In case of doa or death within 3 days (day of delivery being day 1):
We can either issue store credit or refund.
Note: Pictures must be sent out of water with white background upto 3 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org and if a buyer doesn’t contact us within the specified time frame then we reserve the right to decline doa coverage. Store credits expire 90 days after the date of issuance.
Conditioned and Expert livestock are Alive Arrival Guarantee Only.
If UPS delays the shipment and there are losses then in order for us to claim damages we must reship the losses otherwise UPS does not accept claims. We can’t do refunds or credit in that situation.
