The Whale Shark takes water purification to another level. With seven stages of filtration, the Whale Shark produces the purist water for your reef aquarium. Three dedicated Deionization stages (Cation, Anion & Mix-Bed) captures every bit of impurity that may be in the water while allowing you to replace each individual DI resin separately. Water is prefiltered by a sediment filter and two Chloramine Blaster Carbon filters before being filtered by our True 1:1 RO Membrane. Our True 1:1 RO membrane saves you a ton of waste water while maintain the same high-rejection properties. Additional features include a manual flush kit and a ASO valve for convenient operation.

* Output based on 65PSI, 77°F, 250ppm TDS water input over a 24-hour period. Lower pressure, cooler water temperature or higher TDS will reduce output. A booster pump is highly recommended if pressure is below 45 PSI.
