We do our best to provide disease free livestock, but there are too many variables like, We only treat for 4 major diseases mentioned in our qt process. Also there are diseases and viruses that may not be addressed or Customer tanks could already be infected, so We cannot guarantee our process fully. You agree that you are making the purchase at your own risk and you assume all liability of your livestock. Seller is not responsible if livestock develops any disease after sale.

We offer Alive Arrival and 7 days stay Alive guarantee*

In case of a DOA please email me a pic of livestock out of water in white background within 2 hrs of the delivery. In case of shipping mishap I will cover the fish for additional 7 days or if returned to me I will observe/condition fish for 2 weeks before shipping back out.

In case of DOA, We can do one of the following:

1. Issue refund for the DOA. Or

2. Issue store credit. Or

3. Send (one time) Replacement if you pay shipping.

*7 day stay alive guarantee applies to QT’ed livestock only. Conditioned and Expert livestock remains Alive Arrival guarantee.

We can pack and ship Tuesday through Thursday, making delivery the next day. We send overnight priority which is supposed to be delivered by 1030am but unfortunately due to covid nothing is guaranteed.
